"I want to put pop music back on the map." Rachel Stevens
British pop singer Rachel Stevens rose to eminence as a member of the pop band S Club 7 (later S Club), with whom she made chart-toppers "Bring It All Back," "Don't Stop Movin' " and "Never Had A Dream Come True." After the group's breakup, Stevens went solo and released an album titled "Funky Dory" (2003, re-release in 2004). Her solo hit singles included "Sweet Dreams My LA Ex," "Some Girls" and "More More More" (a cover of the Andrea True Connection song). She will soon release the next yet-untitled album (possibly named "Come And Get It") in August 2005.
